We spent a great time staying at Franklin’s place. Room had everything that was needed, common space was always clean and well-equipped. The only inconvenience is lack of parking lots but it is possible to find a spot near to the apartment. Really recommend this Airbnb:)

I had the best time at Franklin’s place. I was working from home and it was fabulous working on the terrace. All communal areas are cleaned daily. My room on the terrace was a good size with a comfortable bed. I shared the super clean bathroom with one other room. Two communal fridges so lots of space. Bus stop right outside the house. Another down the road. So getting around is easy without a car. I will certainly be back!

Ми з дружиною жили на другому поверху, в одній з двох роздільних кімнат. Мінімалістично, але все необхідне є в кімнаті. Зручне двоспальне ліжко, хороший матрас. На дві кімнати одна загальна душева і туалет. Єдиний мінус, що в кімнаті невеличке вікно, але це компенсується великою відкритою терасою. Все дуже охайно і чисто. Регулярно приходить прибиральниця. В цілому повністю задоволені співвідношенням ціна/якість. Господар дуже ввічливий і привітний і завжди швидко відповідає на будь які запитання. Завжди готовий допомогти. Всі кімнати були зайняті, але ми не відчували дискомфорту і всім вистачало місця на кухні, а також на терасі на другому поверху багато окремих зон де можна сидіти або лежати.

The best Airbnb I have stayed – it has its unique atmosphere and I was able to feel the benefit of Airbnb accommodation in comparison to Booking or hostel. There are amazing people staying in the house who all have interesting life experience and are friendly and proactive to communicate and exchange. The terrace is amazing with a spectacular view and well equipped with hammock, armchairs, lounge chairs, barbecue. The location is 10 min by bus from Puerto de la Cruz which costs 1,5€ one way. The buses are good and reliable and they operate late night as well. How we, there are things to do around as well. There is a nice local cafe opposite to the the house with delicious food, very friendly prices and hospitable stuff. The only minus is that the room only has a small window for fresh air so the ventilation wasn’t very good. We were very very happy to have a room upstairs as it’s more private and separated from the common area. The cleanliness could be improved as well.
