The pictures make the Villa look more modern than it is. Unfortunately it’s very dated, despite advertising a recent ‘renovation’. Outdoor area was unclean when we arrived. Sun-loungers have holes in them and are tattered. Outdoor furniture is also old and Not like the pictures. No soft furnishings like the photos. Algarve Vactions we’re responsive - some issues were fixed quickly but some issues took a few days to resolve. Positives: the Villa is big, we were 12 adults and we’re not on top of each other. Pool is a good size and gets the sun until late in the day. Overall we we’re disappointed with the Villa compared to the pictures and star rating.

Checkin and Checkout was seemless using a lockbox. The entire house and outdoor area was clean, modern and comfortable. Sandra was very responsive to any requests we had. The location was perfect, a short uber ride brings you into the heart of the town. Overall, we would highly recommend.

The company Algarve Vacations who must manage the property were amazing from start to finish! They arranged all of our transfers and luggage drop off for our first day as we arrived early in the morning and couldn’t check in until 4pm - they had somewhere we could store our luggage and then took us directly to the villa by coach at 4pm after we had been on the beach all day. We were pleasantly surprised when entering the villa to see it has had a makeover since the photos that were advertised on air b&b! The outdoor space is perfect and the size of the pool is amazing! You can walk to Aldi in 10 minutes and we got a taxi back - Ubers are super cheap so only cost us €3 each time. The strip is about 20 minute walk and the beach about 30 minutes - but again it is super quick and easy to get an Uber anywhere. I’d recommend getting a taxi into old town as this is on the other side of Albuferia to where the villa is. Would highly recommend booking with Algarve Vacations!
