The view from the flat is phenomenal and everything is there for you to enjoy that view (sunbeds, banquette). The flat is spacious and the bedrooms are comfortable. We came when the pool was not in service so can't comment. The kitchen is slightly small for the flat with limited storage for food. The dishwasher was not maintained so we had to re-wash by hand, and it is a pity - e.g. not great impression when the first plate you pick from the cupboard is dirty. The hot water was not on when we arrived and the heating was not working as it should have. We contacted Angelo and in both cases the issues were resolved. We were left with the impression that flat preparation was rushed (no bag in bathroom bins, toilet paper rolls on their holders not in, no shower gel, shampoo or coffee capsule to get you started) and this can easily be improved. Angelo was very organised ahead of us arriving - arrival time, itinerary, reminders re sending copies of IDs and 100 euros in cash for cleaning.

I've been staying at Airbnbs all over the world. this by far is one for the books. Angelo was amazing in all aspects. From providing a well-appointed space. Clean lux linens, beautiful artful design to a million dollar view. Excellent recommendations on local eateries. We will be back!!! Grazia Mille

Angelo was a welcoming and very helpful host, we were later than we thought arriving but he stayed to welcome us. Apartment was great, absolutely amazing views and Angelo gave us lots of local restaurants and places to visit. A beautiful part of Italy and would recommend it for a stay.
