Kim’s house was perfect for our large group. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and there was plenty of space for everyone to gather. It was only a couple of blocks from interstate 64, so it was easy to find and close to everything. We were close to Whiskey Row and lots of other restaurants. We are already talking about coming back again!

Had a wonderful stay! Was the perfect amount of space for my bridal party home base for our wedding weekend. Everyone commented on how unique and spacious the space was. Thank you Kim for being a great host and so flexible with early check in!

This house was perfect for our large group trip for my husband’s 40th birthday. It’s located near many distilleries and restaurants that are a quick Uber ride away. Everyone had their own room and bathroom and there were plenty of communal spaces for us to play cards etc. The decorations in the home fit it well and made for a great ambiance! House was very clean, well-maintained, and there were ample towels in the rooms as well as extras in the laundry room! Thanks for a great stay Kim!

Big spacious house with a lot of bathrooms. Walking distance to several popular areas and several minute Ubers to plenty of others.

Plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was well equipped, living spaces are well decorated. Be warned this house sits blocks from a pig processing plant and will smell like pigs often outside, hardly noticeable in the house. Wi-fi was out for entire stay, host didn’t respond to two messages. Would’ve been a non -issue but service was spotty in the large house and we had plans to stream a live sporting event.
