The place was as described, and Roxanne was very helpful and proactive to make sure everything is in order for you to have a great time. We just stayed in to watch college football, and the living room area was perfect for it. The views and sounds of the lake, which is very accessible, were great. While there are neighbors next door in the community, it still feels private. We had an excellent time and will hopefully try it in the summer!

Great location and a beautiful setting! There are a lot of areas to spend your time both outside and inside the house. Be aware the floors are at different heights in the house. Roxanne was easy to reach, made the house welcoming, and quickly helped fix a problem with the heat. She even made sure we had Halloween candy in case we stayed home that night.

Very great stay. Was out of town for work with 2 other people. Very nice place and felt like I was at home but even better. Beautiful place and water front home is wonderful.

Roxanne's Lake Erie home is perfect for the family. Plenty of beds, big kitchen. Outdoors the patio overlooking the lake is wonderful. Morning sunrise over the lake and the afternoon hot sun falls behind the house...perfect. My sons loved the kayaks and put them to continual use. The lake is crystal clear and the general slope keeps it shallow enough for smaller swimmers. Thanks Roxanne!
