This place was beautiful but it needed some upkeep. The location is perfect, close to town and to some of the best dive sites. However, it is also close to other houses and the Ocean Oasis club and late night music. The lower bedroom is the best. The upper bedroom is much smaller but still nice. The back bedroom is also nice but no view. The basement bedroom/bath was nice and roomy as long as you're short, under 5'5 and don't mind no windows. The pool and view are amazing. There was a beautiful Osprey who visited most days to fish by the water and flamingos flew by most days. The kitchen is pretty well stocked with most things that you need for cooking a meal. I don't think this is the best house for scuba divers as the rinse tanks are under the front steps and are not really big enough for a whole house of divers. We also couldn't lock up our gear as we couldn't access the lockers.
What a lovely home and location! We loved being in Villa #1. There are 3 villas at this location and this is the smallest with 4 bedrooms (one is a basement but still very nice!). For the six of us it was more than enough room. Every room has a private bath with a powder room on the main floor. The cleaning crew came through for a quick sweep, mop and fresh towels. The pool and hot tub were very inviting. All in all I would stay again as a first choice in the future. And the view is magnificent!
The house was huge for our group of 7 (although I think it will be topping out at 6 for the future?) the kitchen is well equipped and the pool and jacuzzi was great. There were towels for all of us. We had a little hiccup with a roof leak and Alexis helped coordinate a solution very quickly for our group. All in all a great experience!
Great location for snorkeling. Beautiful views from the living room. Very comfortable for our group of three couples.
It is a very nice and spacious villa. Very light and with a great view. The host is very responsive and nice. We will definately try and visit again!

Rental car suggested. Garage and gated motor court provide ample parking.
