Make sure you read the description very carefully. Audrey is not flexible at all as far as anything in addition to the listing. Example being I asked if I can have a guest over and pay extra which not an option whatsoever. I ended up having to get a second Airbnb in the same area because I was doing a long term stay. I also did not appreciate her bringing up how much she charges numerous times and her telling me she forgot her place was listed on Airbnb or I wouldn’t be there. Over all the location was good and clean, but I felt very unwelcomed and ended up leaving early.

You will love Audrey’s place! It’s in a great location, she’s incredibly welcoming and attentive to her guests’ needs, and her place is beautiful/ well kept. I promise this is the best airBnB deal you will find in the Houston area!

Quiet and clean. Great for a long stay! Audrey is always very nice and accommodating.

Audrey’s place was great. Very private as entire upstairs is pretty much yours. Location is convenient to Seabrook,Webster and NASA. Park and ride is fairly near and drive to 45 is better than expected. Audrey is really nice. Easy to talk to but respective of your space.

Audrey was very nice and considerate. She woke up everyday and moved her vehicle out to the street, so I could park in the driveway. Bed was comfy and I definitely look forward to staying at her place in the future!
