This stay is a solo traveler’s dream! The location appeal to both, my quite, meditating self; as well as my adventurer side, as I continue having amazing experiences working out regularly on the neighboring boardwalk, which stretches for several miles; and occasionally I even go for a refreshing, otherworldly fun, snorkeling on the calm and crystal clear waters of the nearby reef, just a couple of blocks away! I truly Loved the unique charm of this place! José Luis and his family are doing an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences.

I’m taking aback by the cute, and very practical terrace, in which I’m regularly enjoying many satisfying outdoor vegan meals (Gozney Rocckbox’s powered pizza, charcoal grilled burgers, high btu “wok-hei” stir-fries, hibachi spicy-tofu-veggies fried rice), truly a delightful touch! This cozy apartment continues to surpassed my expectations, it’s frankly a serene oasis; and José Luis is very respectful of my privacy, but always available when needed.

José Luis’s place, continues to deliver a wonderful, lasting welcoming atmosphere; and as a repeat guest, I unequivocally attest to the marvelous hidden jewel this booking truly represents. Jose Luis and his lovely extended family are indeed a Godsend, to anyone who appreciate a no nonsense approach to harmonious, neighboring cohabitation. They have created an oasis, where unbeknown to them, they themselves are the actual Starts of the show, because of theirs collective nobility.

José Luis’s place is the quintessential long term stay (or short), very safe, quiet, and homey! But what really elevates it to a “my home away from home” level, is José Luis himself, along with his supportive family, together they create such an Amazing atmosphere, that my experience is being an absolute pleasure! What a hidden treasure this listing truly is!

I will first start with the hosts. Very friendly people. I try my best not to bother hosts; but on the two occasions I did, my issue was fixed immediately. The WiFi worked flawlessly for those considering it that work remotely. The area is very peaceful and I walked around all the time with no problems. It is an extremely quiet neighborhood. My favorite place to eat Tota Bueno is within walking distance and there is a nice bar named Ariza on the same block. I would definitely stay here again.
