Our stay in Eirini's house was amazing! We came back totally relaxed. It is situated in a remote village at the seaside and the only people you'll meet are the nice locals and maybe a few tourists on the other side of the beach. The house is just 10 m from the seashore which gives you a unique opportunity to enjoy the beach mostly by yourself, away from the tourist crowds. Here you find Crete at its best! The cleanliness of the beach and the crystal-clear waters deserve a mention of their own - it's just mind-blowing and we went snorkeling every day. The house is well-equipped and is very clean, but here you spend your time mostly outside: the terrace and the beach furniture are of very good quality and very comfy. The village has two tavernas, a very cool beach club, and a small shop, and there are farmers' trucks with fresh veggies/fruits coming by. Eirini was very responsive and proactive and was a great host. We've enjoyed every minute and would love to come back!

We had an absolutely delightful stay at Eirini's place. The house lived up to our expectations and even surpassed them. The recent renovations added a touch of freshness, making our stay even more comfortable in a space that was both pristine and well-maintained. If you've ever dreamt of a serene beachfront home in a quaint village setting, Eirini's place is the ideal pick. Lounging on sunbeds, getting lost in a good book, and the soothing sound of waves - all right at your doorstep. On days we sought a slight change of pace, the charming village of Myrtos was just a scenic 30-minute drive away. Opt for the coastal route; it's both quicker and offers nicer views. Eirini stands out as an exceptional host. Her communication was prompt and she was ever-ready to assist, making our trip hassle-free. A special shoutout to the lovely neighbors from the property, who were as welcoming and helpful, adding to the warmth of our stay. Highly recommend for this kind of experience

Our stay in Eirini’s beach villa was wonderful. It’s such a luxury to wake up to the sea every morning, and to hear the waves breaking against the beach throughout the day. There is a lovely terrace where you can eat together, read, play board games whilst enjoying the sea view. Syndonia is a secluded village, which meant we can completely switch off from our lives in the city. We came away from our holiday feel refreshed and rejuvenated. Because it’s off the beaten track you should probably hire a car if you’re staying here. The local supermarket doesn’t have any fresh produce, but there are vans that come every few days selling fresh groceries and seafood.

We truly had the most amazing time staying at Eirini's property in Sidonia, Crete! We purposely chose a more remote location on Crete (in the south), as we didn't fancy the busyness of places like Hersonissos or other locations on the north coast. It's a pretty and exciting trip from Heraklion airport through plenty of olive trees and mountains with smells of herbs such as oregano, pine, and wild fennel. Eirini kindly provided us with lots of useful information ahead of our trip (route tips, areas of interest, details on the property). Once arriving at our destination in Sidonia, it was very easy to find the property. It's nicely located at the end of a road and also at the end of the beach which makes this one of the quietest locations in the village. The property is wonderful, so pretty with a beautiful veranda out of the direct sun, looking out towards the sea passed a few old trees. Inside are all the facilities you'd expect and aircon in all the rooms. Sidonia is a small town with a small supermarket, 2 traditional tavernas, and a more smart-looking bar/restaurant (Paraiso), which was nice and it felt genuine without many tourists. Eirini was a lovely host, very responsive and helpful and the stay at her property exceeded our expectations. We surely hope to return there sometime :-) If you are looking for a more private experience in a beautiful property right on the beach, you can't really beat this.
