Kelly’s place is a wonderful gathering place for a weekend retreat with a group of friends or family! The beds are amazing, the town is quaint, the view and location are absolutely charming, and the home is tastefully warm and freshly inviting! The kitchen is amply stocked for a large crowd of 15 or so; there are plenty of kitchen and bath linens; shampoo and soap are provided; and there’s additional dining seating available with eight folding chairs and table. We walked five minutes to the local Beacon Cafe for great paninis/salads, and enjoyed ice cream after at Whitmer’s General Store. We also enjoyed the buggies driving by and community of very friendly, kind locals. For extra seating in the Living Room, we brought in chairs from the bedroom desks, making comfortable sitting for 12 of us. I highly recommend Kelly’s place for its own quality, in addition to its close proximity to other highlights in the towns nearby, including Dundee Falls which we explored and loved! A+ experience!

This is a fantastic place to stay and so clean!! It had everything we needed and lots of fun places to explore near by. Kelly is a great host and we would definitely recommend this lovely place.

Kelly’s place was just as listed and accommodated our family over Easter. Many beds that were comfortable and the kitchen was amazingly stocked! Kelly was very responsive and informative. Great place !!

This was our second visit to Evergreen Place. We love the location and accessibility. Plenty of beds to host our women's weekend retreat. Every room is decorated tastefully. We walked to a yummy coffee house and general store just down the street. Everything was exactly as described. We will be back! Thanks, Kelly.
