We had a very pleasant stay in the “house in the alley” Nice apartment, very well equped, excellent location. Francesca, our host was very helpful and nice. We certenly recomand this place.

Pis al centre històric de la ciutat. Bona zona amb tots els serveis a prop. Ubicació immillorable. La Francesca sempre ha estat pendent dels dubtes i necessitats que teníem. Apartament molt recomanable si sou una parella: és petitó! Grazie mille, Francesca!

Francesca was the best host we've ever had, in years of Air BnB holidays! She picked us up from the train station and couldn't have been more helpful. I had an injury and she acted as an interpreter for us with the hospital on many occasions, with nothing ever being a problem, though it took a considerable amount of time from her. The apartment is the most well resourced we've been in, with lots of herbs, pasta, breakfast supplies, toilet paper, oils, vinegar all generously provided. The apartment is made as comfortable as possible, and has fly and mosquito curtains and deterrent, many fans and a good portable air-conditioning unit. Francesca gives lots of useful recommendations and we felt so at home and nurtured during this stay.

Francesca made us feel so at home. She was responsive and cleaned the apartment in the middle of our stay. She was one of the kindest people we’ve met through Airbnb. The house is very walkable. We did not have a car and we used the train to get around Italy. The house was in a perfect spot in Parma and Parma was in the spot in Italy. We definitely recommend this place.

Auch für längere Aufenthalte uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Ich selbst war 3 Monate dort und froh, es so gut getroffen zu haben. Eine kleine Piazza direkt vor dem Fenster, ein Supermarkt in direkter Nähe, ruhig und doch voller Leben. Ottimo!
