The apartment is very comfortable, close to the iconic places in Sacramento, they were always attentive to me and my needs. If you don't have a problem with city centers and the noise that this implies, it is the best place to be. I slept like a bear and enjoyed my stay, you have many food places around and streets to visit

Enjoyed my stay! In the middle of so many great restaurants and cafes. Would definitely book again! The host is very responsive if I needed anything.

While my overall stay at this location was unpleasant, the host did a good job of trying to stay in regular communication with the issues that were occurring and was timely about responses. That being said, the location is hard to find and good luck finding street parking without paying $25 in the night. I wouldn’t recommend the spot if you have any type of vehicle. The location is good in terms of being close to a lot of the downtown life restaurants, bars, etc. But it is incredibly noisy and hard to sleep with the light rail directly outside. on top of that during my stay, the smoke detector kept chirping on two separate occasions, because of a low battery issue, and the maintenance on site was never able to attend to this issue during my stay. I overall wouldn’t recommend this location.
