Beautiful house in a peaceful residential neighborhood very close to the downtown shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay. The house exceeded our expectations and the hosts were wonderful.

Great location within walking distance of everything in Frederick. The space was very nice and Alex and Kaylin thought of everything - even for our pup. We would definitely stay here again!

My friend and I were delighted when we checked into the Sunshine house as it was beautiful inside and well maintained!! It was obvious to us that they take great care of the property and the home!! It was so clean, we left our shoes at the door as to not dirty up the floor at all. A major plus was that each bedroom had a very nice and spacious attached bathroom and large closets. Downstairs had a nice washer and dryer and half bath. Neighbors mind their own business but are friendly if you see them. We very much appreciated the ability to have our dogs there and we ensured the dogs did not leave any mess of any kind in the house nor go upstairs. Super easy access, responsive hosts and was very cool that they had plenty of towels, kitchen ware, some other kitchen items for use and plenty of brooms and vacuum to maintain the home while we were there for the week. Will stay here again next time we are in Frederick!

This was our 2nd stay at the Sunshine House with Alex & Kaylin and we plan to visit again! So many great things to say about their home & hospitality! Love that they are not only pet friendly but pet lovers! Our pup loves the basket full of toys to play with & great backyard to relax in. Their home interiors are lovely and cozy! Kitchen has everything you need. We love their home because it’s so walkable to downtown and all that Frederick has to offer. Great restaurants, hiking, running paths, parks, breweries, art galleries, shopping and more! We spend a few weekends in Frederick each spring and have repeatedly chosen to stay in this home. Prior to check-in Alex & Kaylin are very proactive in their communication; always answer with great recommendations and are very friendly and generous with their home. You will not be disappointed. We look forward to our next visit!

This was a fantastic place to stay with our pups. Loved having a driveway, the backyard was perfect for the dogs, and the half bath on the main floor is such a rare find. WiFi is fantastic (I wfh and have to have excellent wifi for my Zoom calls) and I used the upstairs second bedroom for my office space. We brought a portable fence/gate to close off the patio by the driveway to make it fully fenced. Loved the patio, the fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living room furniture, beds and linens were also fantastic. The special touch for the dogs was also very much appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!
