need to assist more for the guest staying there and is very noise at midnight I don't who that person but always knock door very loud at midnight..for security yeah is safe because the have password to enter but is noise..The reception need to be more friendly all the equipment for bathroom need to prepare standby tissue more at room and I was upset when I send the message to host about to add more one night stay and get ingnore without reply a words to my request.. Overall results this hotel meta should be improve service to guests yes this hotel only like 2 star but if the service is good can be more good and valuable to guest..

I had booked a single room only for a night and i ended up having a very bad experience. 1. The bedsheets blankets were so smelly despite they claimed that they had washed it. 2. Room has one kind of foreigner smell and its so suffocating due to the small space. 3. Due to the hotel being on the main road, there was too much noise and i was unable to sleep. I had a bad migraine the next day. 4. From the moment i checked in until i checked out the next day, there was no receptionist who would help for any request. 5. It is cheap but its not worth the bad experience that you will need to go through. Overall, very unhappy with their hotel and services.
