We enjoyed our stay In Patrick’s home! Patrick is a great host, very responsive and accommodating! The neighborhood is very peaceful and beautiful! Location is great, close to everything you need.

We spent 4 beautiful days at this house and loved every second, we even used the pool. The house was immaculate, we really enjoyed having coffee outside in the mornings on the deck. The neighborhood is quite and beautiful, we even went for long walks. If you get the chance to stay here, you wont regret it.

My son and his wife went to a hotel because of poor sleeping arrangements. No way could 10 people stay there comfortably

This home is not up to the 'resort' style homes that we have rented before. Missing face plates, loose patio pieces at the edge of the pool, and less than hotel quality linens are just a few things that could easily be remedied. This house really needs a deep cleaning as we found tissues under beds and couches. Also, the shower in the unfinished basement didn't have any cold water so it was unusable with only hot water. If Patrick invested a little elbow grease and fixed easily fixable things, and then freshened up the paint and linens, then this would be a great rental. As we were in town for our daughter's wedding Patrick did allow us to have the bridesmaids over for hair and makeup. It was a relaxing place for them to get ready. The house is usable just not up to the Airbnb standards that we have experienced elsewhere.
