Staying at Marcio's fashionable penthouse was an absolute delight! The space was not only stylish and modern but also incredibly comfortable. Marcio was an exceptional host, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. From the seamless check-in process to the thoughtful amenities provided, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Marcio was also incredibly helpful in facilitating the check-out process. He arranged for the cleaner to be at the flat at my preferred time so I could conveniently leave the keys with him. This was particularly helpful for me, as I was travelling alone and fully loaded with luggage, making it a challenge to go to a drop-off location. Marcio's attention to detail and exceptional hospitality truly made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend Marcio's penthouse to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable stay in the city!

I stayed at marcio place for a long term stay I did enjoy it but there was a lot of problems during the stay his irrigation system broke and I was responsible for taking care of the plants of the course of 4 weeks having to water them very frequently and he had a lot of workers come visit during the stay that ended up just coming and saying they can’t do the job so wasted my days/time if it wasn’t for me his whole garden would have just collapsed also there was a lot of burnt marks and just dirt the oven wasn’t cleaned most of the plates weren’t clean toaster dirty he qlso threatened me after I left the place about loads of damages when in our chat right at the beginning of the stay I raised his awareness to all issues and by the end of it because he’s chat is set to 24 hour and it deletes he thought he could just request for me to pay all the damages the past guests did to his property it’s a shame he was so difficult nice property but not worth the headache

I usually stay in a hotel when travelling. I guess because I think it’s easier, and more social with say a in-house bar/restaurant. But an Airbnb offers the chance to have more space and amenities such as kitchen. So this was my first try. I must say it is a fabulous start. This suite is gorgeous. Wonderful bed, amazing high end furnishings, great tv room, washer and dryer, and huge outdoor patio (I couldn’t use sadly due to weather). A 10 minute walk to tube station and pubs and restaurants close. Price much better than an equivalent five star hotel. Highly recommend
