My daughter and her family felt right at home. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The apartment is very conveniently located with nice stores around - especially a great bakery at the next corner. Safe area. Easy access to public transportation, Metro and tram. Joel was very personable and always available. We will come again, thank you, Joel.

Le logement de Joël se trouve à quelques stations de métro du centre de Bruxelles dans un joli quartier calme et reposant. ( Le métro se trouve à 5 min de marche.) Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 4 dans ce logement propre confortable et reposant qui dispose en plus d’une terrasse très sympa et d’un jardin. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement au top 👌 Merci Joël

Joel was the perfect host! We were lucky enough to meet him briefly as we checked in, and he was always available for whatever we needed. The location is amazing and the apartment is clean and spacious. Lovely

We have been so happy with our stay that we turned it into a long stay. Everything was perfectly matching our requirements. This place offers very nice neighbourhood with easy access to numerous locations via public transports. Highly recommended! Joel really went above and beyond expectations.

As we are on a long stay we can say this location is perfect for reaching all destinations in the city and the beautiful forests around. The bedroom at top part in the back is extremely quiet and sunny daytime. The terrace at the back can be sunny daytime - very enjoyable. Joel is always available to assist when we have questions this really makes a huge difference with most rented places we ever experienced. Once again : for us this deserves 5 stars.
