From the moment we enquired about the villa Maria was quick to respond helping us get a bigger car at a good price for my family and I. Also helping us with a late check out as we had a late flight and not charging us for this was great thanks. Then there was Lidia upon our arrival there waiting for us even at 10pm giving my kids some inflatables for the pool. Lidia was great throughout our stay helping us with taxi numbers and Wi-Fi issues very quickly. Then there was the villa exactly what it’s like in the pictures very steep hills upto the villa but the car takes that problem away if you like your piece and quiet but still 5 mins from all the action then this is the villa for you. We had a fab time eating out 3 nights at THE GINGER PIG was the highlight of the restaurants. FIVE STARS FOR THIS VILLA DEFINITELY BE BACK ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Le logement de Maria correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. La communication avec Maria a été très facile et très bonne. Il en est de même avec Lidia qui nous a reçu et présenté toute la villa. Nos demandes ont été parfaitement et rapidement mises en œuvre. Attention cette villa fait partie d'un complexe privé dans une enceinte close.

Very nice Villa in a convenient location. we found it to be great value for money considering the great condition the villa is in, the amenities you get and the location. Lidia, who manages the property, is very helpful and easy to communicate with. I would recommend it. One word of advice would be to rent a car to ensure you can access all the different parts of the island in comfort.

Before we booked this villa, we were a bit unsure because there weren't any reviews due to us learning later that we were the first occupancy. Once we arrived, we couldn't believe our eyes on how amazing the Villa was. It was so beautiful, it felt unreal. We knew within one second that we made the right decision! Lidia met us right away and was so kind. She gave us a brief tour of the home. She also provided us with information and website links to some interesting places in the area that we asked about. She was just awesome in every way! The villa had everything we needed from pool towels to shampoo. The kids had an awesome time playing ping pong and shooting pool in the basement. All the things we thought we might have to go out and buy, were already there in the villa. The house sits at the top of the hill surrounded by beautiful landscaping and sits behind a private gate that only the tenants have access to. Easy place to park your car within the gate. WIFI was great throughout the premises. The swimming pool was the main attraction for my family as we spent most mornings swimming. The location of property was ideal for us because it's not right in the middle of the crowded areas by the beach, but just a short 5 minute drive to the beach area. The way the villa is situated in the hills, you get amazing views overlooking the sea. There are also restaurants and bars in walking distance to the Villa if you don't feel like going down the hill. I could go on and on about how happy we were with the Villa. We will certainly be coming back and will plan our next Tenerife trip around the availability of this Villa. Thank you Lidia and team once more for being such great hosts.
