We rent our family home in Saint Aubin de Médoc. We fell in love with the house 8 years ago. We have arranged it to our liking and still have some projects there. In summer, it is a real holiday home both rural for rest, close to the sea for sport, at the gates of the great wines of the Médoc for oenology, near Bordeaux for culture and shops ... and much more (golf of the Médoc at 5' for example). The house, on one level, has an area of 150 m2 with 3 large bedrooms, a large bathroom, a shower room adjoining a bedroom, a toilet with sink near the bedrooms, an open mezannine/office and a large room living room (60 m2) adjoining a large kitchen via a bar. The bright entrance leads to the gardens, the 2nd toilet without sink and access to the pantry/laundry room. The living room communicates with a small garden on the south side (ideal for breakfast for early risers) and towards the very large garden with terraces and swimming pool on the north side. The entrance is on the south side via a large hall where you can relax upon arrival, store your bikes in the shade or try solar cooking. The large garden, on the north side, is very pleasant with a terrace for dining, a swing and the 4 x 8 m swimming pool covered because it is cold in this season but accessible. The land measures almost 1 hectare and includes a natural garden around the house, a meadow, an orchard and a pine and oak wood. In addition to the pool area, you can lie down on the trampoline or play ping pong! The house is adjoining on a small part (bathroom toilet) but our gardens are opposite: we only cross paths with the neighbors if we want to. On the garden side, it is very quiet and well organized to enjoy the natural spaces in complete privacy, only the neighbors' sheep observe our comings and goings on the entrance side. The 3 bedrooms are spacious, two have 140 cm beds, the third is equipped with a 120 cm bed and a single “mezannine” bed (2 beds possible = 1 bed on the ground + 1 bed above). There is also a convertible sofa for 2 people in the living room mezannine/office. The bathroom with bathtub and shower is spacious. There is a 2nd toilet on the bedroom side. One of the bedrooms has a private bathroom with shower and sink. For spring, you can still use the fireplace and the wood provided to you. We will be very happy to see you enjoy this pleasant house.
