The Glampsite @ Ocoee Riverside Farm has been upgraded from a tent site to a charming and rustic tiny house complete with a queen sized log bed and linens! This riverfront glamping experience also offers a Yeti cooler, fire pit, 2 wagon wheel chairs, and a picnic table but it’s over at The Riverside Deck and Bathhouse that we really “glamp” it up with your own private bathroom and more! Read on….. Initially offered as a tenting site, The Glampsite @ Ocoee Riverside Farm (look for us on the web) has undergone a major upgrade! This electricity free, rustic campsite, now includes a tiny house complete with a comfy queen sized bed and linens. Enjoy swinging in the hammock chairs located on your personal 10'x12' riverfront deck. A full size hammock hangs between two nearby trees for your enjoyment but if you prefer sleeping in a hammock we have attached hooks to the deck posts providing an easy way for guests to hang their own hammocks. You will also find that we have provided a Yeti Tundra-45 cooler for use during your stay. A short walk away you will find The Riverside Deck and Bathhouse. The shared deck offers a gas grill with grilling utensils, deep sink, picnic tables as well as a bar with barstools for enjoying a meal while looking out over the river. Inside the fully heated and air-conditioned bathhouse your private full bath has a shower with bluetooth speaker, vanity with copper pail sink, and high tank toilet. We also provide bath towels and pool towels, as well as toilet paper, body soap and hand soap. NOTE ABOUT PORTABLE HEATER: We provide a portable heater and hose attachment free upon request for use with your self provided propane. We can also provide propane at a cost of $40 per bottle. The bottle will run the heater for approximately 108 hrs. We can also provide a mini bottle that will run for 5 hrs at a cost of $8/bottle.

Donna was a great host. I enjoyed staying at her glampsite. The farm fresh eggs were great as well. It was also nice to detach from the hustle of bustle of daily life and enjoy being in nature and around farm animals. I would love to come back to take a tour of the farm next time. What a great find!!! The farm was so fun to explore. I would highly recommend to anyone but especially to ppl with kids. The tour was great. Got to see/pet/hold lots of different animals. Thomas the turkey was a huge hit amount the kiddos. Everything was clean and the host has a great sense of detail providing everything one would need for a fun glamping weekend.

You will find our farm to be uniquely located between the best of two worlds and it's as easy as a right turn or left turn at the stop sign! Traveling 15 minutes to the east (right at the stop sign at the end of our street) will take you to Cleveland, TN where you will find all of your favorite restaurants as well as shopping and entertainment options. Traveling 15 minutes to the west (left at the stop sign at the end of our street) will take you into the heart of the Cherokee National Forest. We like to tell our guests that from our farm you are 15 minutes from everything and nothing at the same time! Of course what "nothing" really means is "nothing ordinary". Popular area activities in and around the National Forest include mountain drives, wine tasting, hiking, biking, white water rafting on the Ocoee as well as tubing, kayaking, and fishing both the Ocoee and Hiawassee Rivers. There are over 10 white water rafting companies within a 5 mile radius of our location and you're more than welcome to schedule a tubing or kayaking adventure directly through us where you will be shuttled to the put-in at Sugar Loaf Mountain State Park and float or paddle your way back to the boat dock right here at Ocoee Riverside Farm. Additionally, we are an easy drive to other noteworthy attractions including the Tennessee Aquarium, Ruby Falls, and Rock City. We really do have it all!
We have known of guests to utilize Uber but your own vehicle will certainly help you get around our small town. You should not plan on simply "walking" to the store, restaurant, etc. We offer free onsite parking here on the farm and you will have the convenience of parking adjacent to your campsite. Should you be traveling in more than one vehicle you will park the second vehicle just behind the bath house only a few yards away. When traveling through Benton please be mindful of the speed limit as our small town has earned the reputation of being a speed trap. Remember you're in the country. Things just move slower here.

Born in California, raised in Florida and South Carolina, spent most of my adulthood in Virginia but Tennessee has my heart! I’ve been married to the same wonderful man for over 27 years and have 10 children through both birth and adoption. Although some of my children did graduate through the public school system I spent 14 years as a homeschool mom and loved it! Now I get to play with 7 grandkids and over 100 animals that call our farm home.
