Very beautiful place in a more secluded part of Edinburgh, with beautiful surroundings and bus and a supermarket within 5 minutes walk! Kat was very helpful and the directions and check in was elaborate and went perfectly!

My friends and I spent one night in Kat’s apartment during the festival. It is out of the centre but there is a good bus route to the centre and we got an Uber back at night for £14.00. The flat is beautifully decorated and very clean. Kat’s communication before our visit was prompt with clear instructions and useful photos. The door to the flat is slightly stiff so don’t panic and just give it a firm push. It would have been good to maybe have a little store in the flat of essentials like some cooking oil and teabags. However, the price is very reasonable indeed so the food store would just be a useful, nice touch but not expected. I would absolutely recommend this flat to anyone visiting Edinburgh for any length of stay.

dopo qualche incomprensione riguardo i posti letto e breve lamentele, il tutto sì è risolto. ritrovarsi senza letto e senza asciugamani per tutti gli ospiti al momento del check-in non è mai piacevole. mi dispiace molto e spero sia capitato solo a noi.

Kat was helpful from the second we booked to the second we arrived! The place was spacious and so nice and quiet! The neighbour was so sweet and friendly too! The apartment is a good 30min bus journey to town at the weekends but Ubers were like £11/15 so can't grumble! A lovely little apartment and great host! ♡

For our opinion is a bit pricey, although it is a nice apartment. There is no TV and there were a few bugs here and there, but that's normal considering the area! We recommend it :)
