This was an excellent place to stay. We noticed the conference room table and talked about how it would be great for a business retreat. The kitchen was spacious enough and provided everything you would need to cook meals for large groups. There was no shortage of things to do from fishing and swimming to plenty of games inside. All of the beds were clean and allowed for plenty of privacy. It also gave you the feeling of getting away and being out in nature. It was a peaceful stay and our group would absolutely go back there and recommend it to anyone.

No TP at all in some bathrooms. No extra anywhere. When more was requested, it was never brought. No power to 3 bedrooms in lodge. Smoke alarms beeping in both buildings. Made sleep difficult in lodge, and made that room unusable. Kitchen towels were stuck to a dirty s’more stick in kitchen closet. None of the beer fridges in either building worked (moms wanted to utilize for breast milk) No air pump by the pool, as promised prior. Pans and cookie sheets greasy in kitchen. A skillet was in the cabinet with dried scrambled eggs in it. Half eaten food in the fridge. No soap or towels in kitchen bathroom. All forks in kitchen drawer were dirty. Window blind was broken in kitchen. Lost water pressure in lodge when using more than 1 water source at a time. If someone flushed, the shower lost all pressure for several minutes. Bad, strong sulfur smell in lodge water. Spiders lying all around bedrooms - definitely had not been vacuumed. Showers didn’t have complimentary shampoo/conditioner. No electrician came to fix or even examine electricity outage or to fix the beeping smoke alarms when requested from host. When we went downstairs to flip the breakers in the laundry room, there was a load of laundry in progress in the washer. That load (likely bedding) then sat there in the washer all weekend and also left the washer unusable unless we did their laundry for them. The checkout expectations listed in the book on the counter are wildly unreasonable. The lights above the ceiling fans in the meeting room created a strobe light effect causing headaches.
