This is a hotel type airBnB. They were willing to hold our luggage when we arrived way before check in. It had a nice restaurant, free laundry facilities and a nice bar. The restaurant has a weekly buffet that brings in a lot of neighbors. The food was good with a bit of variety..mostly Vietnamese, but also some European.. like “English Breakfast” and hamburger. The staff was always very kind and helpful. The location is in a mostly residential/small shop in front type of neighborhood. We felt very comfortable walking the neighborhood and made several friends even though we speak no Vietnamese. It’s only a block or so away from very busy commercial area so it’s easy to get a feel for both types of neighborhoods. If you enjoy being a visitor in a local culture rather than staying in a typical hotel high rise this is a great place.

Stayed here as we had a layover and it was the perfect choice. Excellent customer service, breakfast buffet and restaurant downstairs and free washing machines to use. Would not hesitate to stay here on our next trip to Vietnam. Thank you!

Very nice and safe place to stay, secure and quiet. The host (Linh) is very helpful and nice, easy to communicate and host responds very quick. Over all, happy with the time staying and recommend this place if someone comes to HCM city.
