As the owners, we welcome you to autumn in Aspen! We chose unit 11 purposefully for its unusual floorplan and abundance of space! Our family has come to this Sun-Sun 1 bed/1bath suite for over 15 years - it truly is one of a kind at the Aspen Mountain Residences (formerly Hyatt Grand Aspen). This 2nd floor corner unit has space (1135sqft) to stretch out and enjoy - nearly the same size as a multi-bdrm unit. There are wonderful views from two separate patios - room to spare inside and out. There is ample room to walk around, and each living space feels distinct, never crammed in. A corner unit also means we have views from two sides, with two separate patios (as you can see in the photos, we’ve got wonderful downtown to Hunter Creek views from the living room patio, and a view up to the ski resort from the bedroom patio). They are the perfect place to sit out and enjoy Aspen without leaving your room. As with all Aspen Mountain Residence units, there is a gourmet kitchen with Viking and Sub-Zero appliances which makes meals a delight to put together, a dining area, a spacious living area with fireplace, flat screen TV, and a surprisingly comfortable pull out sofa bed, one master bedroom with plush king bed, fireplace, flat screen TV and closet, and a beautifully designed stone tile bath with two sink areas, a deep bathtub, and steam shower. A stacked washer/dryer located in the unit makes a longer stay easy. Complimentary wireless internet access is available throughout the unit and the entire property.
