Whether you are coming with kids, friends, or your significant other, our condo has it all. It's perfect for watching the kids in the pool, mid-day naps, and late-night laughs. Our two-level, two-bedroom townhouse (**sleeps 6 with our extra queen-sized mattress - no bed frame) is located within the Palmyra Townhomes complex, just steps away from Grace Bay Beach, restaurants, and shops. This quiet, beautifully landscaped complex is set just behind The Sands Resort on Grace Bay Beach. The property is gated and boasts mature landscaping. A large swimming pool is set at the center of the development along with super comfy lounge chairs and a picnic table with shade. The top level of the unit houses both bedrooms: - The huge Master Bedroom with cathedral ceilings is equipped with a king-sized bed, armoires, a large closet, and direct access to a large balcony that oversees the pool. -The Master ensuite Bathroom is equipped with a full-size tub for relaxation, two sinks, and a shower. - The Second Bedroom also with cathedral ceilings is equipped with a queen-sized bed, armoires, a large closet, and its private ensuite bathroom/shower. The ground level of the unit houses the kitchen, laundry closet, dining room, huge living room, bathroom, and beautiful screened-in porch. - The Kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, an island for seating, a dishwasher, a stove, a fridge, and a freezer. - The Laundry Closet is equipped with a washer/dryer machine. - The Dining Room is equipped with an oval dining table. - The Living Room is equipped with an HD TV, a couch, and a comfortable lounge chair. ***** We also provide a queen-size mattress to accommodate another sleeping arrangement to host up to 6 people - no bed frame***** - The Screened-In Porch is equipped with an L-shaped couch, 2 cushioned seats, a table to eat at, and a BBQ

This was my first trip to Turks and Caicos so I needed a condo that was close to everything and would meet my wife’s expectations. Thankfully Tristan’s condo delivered in a big way. It was walkable to the downtown along with the best beach on the island. The condo itself was a hidden gem that was just like the photos - spotless, plenty of space, and well equipped with everything from beach towels to kitchen utensils. Needless to say it exceeded my wife’s expectations along with my 15 year old daughter and we will definitely look to stay again on a future trip. Also A+ communication before, during and after my visit.
We had THE vest vacation!!! Tristan's place was spacious, clean and easy to walk to many places including the best beach! Jana welcomed us at the check-in and showed us around. The townhouse is very private and safe. Highly recommend.

I can't say enough about our wonderful stay in Turks at the beautiful Palmyra townhomes. From the minute we arrived all the way to checkout we felt at home. Jana was wonderfully welcoming and so helpful. The area was perfect, the grounds and pool were beautiful and it was only a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants/stores. Tristan described the place perfectly and had so much helpful information regarding the house itself. We were a family of 6 and everything was perfectly thought of from the kitchen amenities to the beds, linens, towels, beach towels, umbrellas, beach chairs and loungers...nothing was missing. It was so nice to have our morning coffee on the 2nd floor balcony overlooking the pool and our evening pina coladas in the screened in veranda. Thank you so much for the amazing stay and we cannot wait until our next trip down, where we will hopefully be welcomed back to your beautiful "Gracie"
Tristan’s place was perfect—great walkability to the beach and to town. Fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds, great recommendations to the area. His property manager Jana who assisted with check-in was such a gem and offered to pick us up from the airport when our flight was delayed, had a bottle of wine on ice, and checked in on us throughout our stay. Can’t recommend this place enough—great option to experience Turks!

Grace Bay Beach has public access that is a 10 min walk from the townhouse. This white sand beach has both deep and shallow water. Many activities can be booked through vendors on the beach such as scuba diving, paddleboarding, kayaking, parasailing and jet skiing. Grace Bay Village is a 7 min walk from the townhouse. The village has many different restaurants, bars and shops to visit. A supermarket and a pharmacy are located in the village.
Long Bay Beach has public access that is a 10 min drive from the townhouse. This white sand beach has shallow water only. This beach is very windy, therefore the main attraction is kitesurfing.
Royal Turks and Caicos Golf Club is a 5 min drive from the townhouse.
This is an 18-hole championship golf course. Golf bags can be rented on site.
Coral Garden is a 15 min beach walk from the townhouse. This location is a snorkelling reef that begins close to the beach and is the most popular snorkelling site in the Turks and Caicos.
Smith's Reef is a 25 min beach walk from the townhouse. This snorkelling site comprises several different reef systems and coral heads. The outer reefs at Smith’s Reef are the best easily-accessible beach snorkelling site on the island.
Dive Provo is a 5 min walk from the townhouse. Dive Provo organizes snorkelling and diving outings catered to experienced divers as well as novice divers and dive students
The easiest way to get around Grace Bay is to walk. Most areas around Grace Bay are accessible by walking on sidewalks or on the beach.

Many car rentals can be contacted in the area. There are many free parking places directly in-front of the condo complex. These places can be used by our guests.
