Place was fine, good deal for the money. Check in was a slight hassle, as this is a condo resort and you have to check in with their registration. We provided our name, they did not have it, so there was some inconvenient back and forth. But overall it was fine, very clean, well stocked, and Fred communicated well.

This location is great! It was very clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. They have a great recreation room. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Great place to stay to enjoy all the activities at Big Bear. The unit is well-appointed and the complex amenities are very nice. We’ll stay again.
