Personalized Retreat with Sue (Peaceful Phoenix) is the way to go. I have stayed at Sue's place before which is why I was comfortable enough to be vulnerable with her and request to add-on her personalized services. It includes, spa therapy, massage therapy, kemetic yoga, detox program, and "reasoning sessions"(coaching), to name a few. It was money well spent. I will definitely return the next time I need to reset and relax. Ask her about the personalized retreat program, she is a professional that works by referrals and does not advertise, you won't be disappointed.

The location offers peace and tranquility away from the noise and din of montego bay yet only 7 mins away by route taxi which are readily available outside the property The location is also handy if for visits to other arears of jamaica Apart from the property Sue is a true super host and has done everything humanly possibly to make my stay a pleasant and wonderful experience as a 1st time visitor to jamaica. she is also super responsive never taking more than half and hour most times less to get back to me after an enquiry of which they were very few i will gladly stay at the property again on my next trip to jamaica as i now have some local friends as well

Had an awesome week-long stay with Sue. She was able to arrange an airport pick-up for me. We were both relaxing on Sunday so she showed me Dr. Cave’s beach (which was lovely), and we both ended up going to Negril on the same day so she offered to give me a ride. Those are just a few examples of what makes her such a personable host (which for me makes all the difference). Sue - thanks so much for your hospitality and maintaining such a clean place. She is very responsive, too, which made everything with my stay go seamlessly. The only hiccough I can think of is that the internet slowed down a few days (I think it was a broader issue in the area because most days the internet was great, and I could work my remote job without any issues. But, if that is a worry for you, you can use the wi-fi at some of the local coffee shops (I got there by route taxi) and use their Wi-Fi (I found that Starbucks had the most reliable Wi-Fi).
