Our stay at David’s place was serene and peaceful. David was a very attentive host. The home and amenities were a pleasure to use for our bachelorette party. The home was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. We will sure be back for another stay!

The house can be best described as a wonderfulfamily lodge. The property is very well maintained with an abundance of family mementos that are under glass or high enough to be out of children's reach. The first floor has a bedroom with a full bath with a half bath for guests. Upstairs are two bedrooms with a shared bath and a primary bedroom with a full bath. each with a There are 2 story windows that look out on the North meadow and pond. The house sits in the center of a 20 acre ranch that includes the most wonderful small cattle herd that includes a massive but very friendly bull, his two cows and their heifer and young bull that are about 50’ from the house. The stars at night are magnificent in every direction. The lodge is maybe 12 miles outside of town with the last two miles off of a paved road. The road is very well maintained. We did not see another car or neighbor during our stay. Greenville is the closest town with two gas stations, a Dollar General, and a medical clinic.

Wonderful experience. Just what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet time with our family. Enjoyed the country walks, fire pit, plenty of room to roam. David was very helpful and accommodating. He even built a fire for our grandchildren to roast marshmallows and bought food to feed the fish in the pond. The house is beautiful and spacious. The only thing I would change/add would be a full size coffee pot. With 6 adults, we were standing in line for coffee. Otherwise, perfect.

It was a great house with plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable, the fire place was great to have and a nice feeling of home. It was nice to play games outside and take walks around the property. David answered any questions we had in a timely manner.

David’s place was beautiful and perfect for our family thanksgiving this year! My family enjoyed the peace-fullness and beauty of the outdoors and the kitchen was great for preparing our holiday meals. Rooms were comfortable and roomy, beautiful house! Wi-Fi very spotty!
