Let’s be honest, this is a great place. Super stylish, central and easy to access. The key via your phone was really great. That said, it’s really important to know that the layout is awkward. The main bedroom is completely open to the rest of the apartment (no doors etc) and the bed backs onto the bathroom. The cute mezzanine is not for the faint hearted. The metal ladder would be unsuitable for children, older people and is risky for anyone who’s enjoyed a few Belgian beers. It’s cute up there but then you need the window open and then the mosquitos came in! Finally the small single room is not ideal for kids as it is essentially the hallway for the door to the stairs and then outside. If you were staying for more than a night or two, the lack of wardrobes / space for clothes would also be an issue. To reiterate, loved the place but only for a group who all get along well and don’t mind the intimate open space / shared living!
