Martha’s place was perfect for our stay. We visited for family weekend with my parents and 2 kids and everything was just perfect! We will definitely stay here again!

A great stay! The home is absolutely beautiful, I stayed with my family - 5 adults and 2 children under 2 and it was prefect. My family and I can’t wait to stay again! The house has everything you need, beautiful details and decorations, felt very high end but also like home. I would recommend!

This place is absolutely beautiful. Loved having the back deck to sit on and enjoy quiet time. It is decorated so well and very spacious. Martha is always easy to communicate with and I love staying at her places!

Super spacious, home away from home. Conveniently close to downtown Tully and easy drive to Cortland and Syracuse. Two bathrooms is a plus and each bedroom was super comfortable. Could easily fit a large family. Would stay again!
