We had a great stay at Kathryn's house. It is airy and bright, and ideally located one block off the main street in Cumberland - easy access to the bike trails and quick to Cumberland Brewing Company and restaurants. Quiet (the whole town is!) street with ample parking. Storage shed is a bit tight to fit bikes in but works to keep them out of sight and locked up. It's an older house so the kitchen layout is a bit quirky, with the sink and cupboards in an alcove, but it is well appointed and has all the things you need, including delicious dark roast coffee to get you going in the morning. Comfortable beds and linens provided. Super-clean. There is a good desk/workspace setup, but who wants to work when you can ride bikes? Rider's Pizza, Cooks Burgers and Cumberland Brewing are highly recommended, and check out Moon Records. If you are lucky you might bump into Terry and Al at CBC - they are some of the amazing trail builders in Cumberland - donate to UROC after you're done!

My stay at Kathryn’s character home was outstanding. Location was perfect for walks to the park and the Cumberland village shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this adorable home for its cleanliness and comfortable furnishings as well as location.

This was our second stay with Kathryn and it was just as amazing as the first! The space is large and well equipped, even has secure storage for our bikes! The home is in a great location close to everything you could possibly need and Kathryn is an amazing host. We will definitely be back!

Kathryn's place was perfect for my family trip to Cumberland. The fenced yard was amazing for my young kids and the space in the house is great. Comfy beds, nice dining area, beautiful bathroom, everything you need and all right in the heart of town. Kathryn was pleasant and very helpful. Would highly recommend.
