The apartment is OK but it is too hot. The air conditioning cannot handle the excessive heat. This is a roof top apartment it is extremely hot up there. When I arrived and opened the door it was like a sauna! They should at least turn on the air a few hours prior to check in

Great building. Security staff is very friendly and helpful. Lots of amenities. Pool is fantastic. Supermarket and restaurants in the building. I would recommend the unit have its own internet and also an option for curtains for the early morning sun. Washing machine would be nice. Great laundry Service the next building over called laba station. Maye took great care of me there. Accommodating host. Thanks for a great stay. I’ll be back in March no hope I can stay with you again.

Great spot. I love this location. The buffet, although pricey is fantastic. Many choices to eat in the building and nearby. Very convenient to have the market in the basement. Security staff was fantastic. Pool is awesome. When I arrived there was a bit of a problem with the unit cleanliness but that was taken care of. Im in cebu 2-4 months a year and this is probably my favorite stay in the city so far. I’m hoping that I can stay here again when I return in November. Thank you. I hope to stay with you again soon
