Pleasant lake front cottage located only 10 minutes from Pulaski NY. Salmon fish the river and come home to lake fish the property. A fisherman’s paradise with space for the whole family. Conveniently located next to a trailhead for snowmobiles and atvs. A great place for a fun filled outdoor weekend. Dining and other activities located only a few minutes away. Wake up to great views and wonderful memories with the whole family. This is a small 3 bedroom cottage. It has a full kitchen with a small dining table. Living room with couch, chair and TV. To access the bathroom you have to go into to the middle bedroom (bunk beds). Please know the house is on a well and septic system. The deck is two level. The walkout deck holds table and chairs along with the grill. The lower deck hold round wooden picnic table. To access the lake you will use ramp along with a few steps to the bottom. A canoe, a rowboat and life jackets are available for your use. There are some fishing poles for your use. A fire ring is located in side yard along with chairs next to the shed. There is NO WI-FI. Cell service does work. As for essentials there are 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels and 6 wash clothes. Beds have sheets, quilt 1 pillow on bunk beds and 3 pillows on full size beds. Travel size shampoo and conditioner along with individual packs of travel soap are provided. You will have a least one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towel to get you started. Dish soap, sponge, dish rag and dish towel are provided as well.
