We expected the pool to be cleaned and heated upon arrival. However, when we contacted the owner, he claimed we did not request the pool to be heated. As a result, we had to clean and heat the pool ourselves. The pool was only heated on the second day of our stay, which disappointed us. The bathroom needed mats, bin bags, and sponges to clean the excess water from the sink. In the master Ensuite, one sink tap leaked water and was hard to close off. The tiles inside and outside weren’t cleaned, and more cutlery was needed for dining. Furthermore, the BBQ was dusty and had yet to be cleaned. Most of the curtains in the house needed repairs. They were challenging to open and close. Moreover, we could not find any smoke alarms in the house. However, on a positive note, we loved the furniture and wall art in the house. The bed linen and towels were spotless, and the bathroom and toilets were clean. Furthermore, the property is peaceful and tranquil, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

We really enjoyed our stay at your house. It was spacious and had multiple seating areas. The kitchen was well appointed and the bedrooms and bathrooms were very comfortable. It was very useful to have laundry facilities. I would for sure recommend.
