In all honesty this house needs a lot of updates and better cleaning. It had a strong musty smell every time we came back to the house. The couch and carpets are worn out. The windows need cleaning. The bathroom tile and shower curtains are not in the best shape. The host was responsive but it was very inconvenient to not have access to the garage code. The garage is in the back alley and you have to walk around to the front door to get in, go inside, and open the garage. We were there for a conference and had a lot of equipment in our vehicles that could not be parked outside. The landscaping needs maintenance, and the large hole on the front of the house needs to be fixed. The beds were clean and comfortable but everything else needs work.

Very nice place to stay for viewing of the 2024 Total Solar Eclipse. Clean and with nice amenities. A bit of a tight living space, but makes up for it with the beautiful backyard pergola/table area. Nice neighborhood for going for a walk. Close distance to everything you need. We enjoyed our stay!

Phoebe’s place is very cozy and clean, the actual interior space and backyard are smaller than what they look like in the photos. The location was great as many great restaurants are within a short driving distance.

The place was very clean! Had an open garage for the kids to play in. Great neighborhood for walking And is centrally located.
