Communication from the beginning was great - again from start to finish! Home was beautiful in a pristine neighborhood, so overall, it was a good stay. Only cons: - backyard was a bit overgrown and not super well kept. -Pool was not very clean, but not horrible. The worst and reason for 4 instead of 5 stars: The beds & pillows were awful. King bed was was super squeaky and head seems lower than foot area. All mattresses and pillows were just, well used and not supportive at all. None of us slept very well… It was a very well staged home, but it felt like just that. It’s ok by me for everything else, but beds are how we rest/recover. I hope they’re able to invest in new ones moving forward. Otherwise, I really loved it. And service was impeccable. Thank you!!

The place itself was nice and in a good neighborhood. The furniture was all extremely cheap and breaking down. The house is for 6 people but there is sitting for 3 on the couch and the table was missing screws and chair seats were falling off which made it unsafe to sit there. Upon booking, it was required to say what you were staying there for. I put that we were looking forward to using the pool. When we arrived the pool had no chlorine and was very dirty so we ended up not using it at all. The beds are comfortable and they had many amenities that made the house comfortable like soaps, shampoos, extra linens, and coffee.
