This was a great place to stay, highly recommend! The host was friendly and responsive. The place itself was spotless and very clean with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was great as well!

We had a lovely stay at the chalet. Everything was clean and well appointed. It had more than we expected, happy to find a blender! The outside space was great for sitting around a fire at night. The deck space was very nice for grilling and eating outside. We would definitely recommend and hope to come back again.

It was a beautiful place! We enjoyed the fire pit area the most. The beds were super comfy. The only down fall was there were tons of cob webs and the kitchen cooking ware was very wore, we had to go purchase our own pans!

Bergrands helper host Rick was so nice and always so quick to respond to any issues we had. We booked this for my sisters Bach party and the updated fire pit area was so cute. The only couple things I think would make the stay more enjoyable would be A/C. Even though it is in the woods, the temperature gets cooler at night with fans in the rooms but during the day it was so so hot & humid in the air bnb. We also cooked a lot so it was not enjoyable with no air. Even a window or stand alone unit would be helpful for the dining & living area. Also mirrors in the rooms. We had all women and the two bathrooms were nice but mirrors around the house or in the bedrooms for getting ready would’ve been perfect. Also more linens since there is no washer/dryer unit in the resort area. But we did not communicate that so i did not let it affect our stay/rating. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay and we were happy with the communication we received from the host & the air bnb was great.
