Richards house was a great spot! We had a large group and traveled for a softball tournament and had everything that we needed. We ran into some trouble with the hot tub and he was so helpful in getting it resolved! The house has the best layout so it did not feel crowded and the location is unbeatable. I hope we can stay again next time we are in town.

Had plenty of space for larger groups. Everything was as advertised. Pool and tiki bar was great for hanging out.

From the spotless interiors to Richard's prompt communication, our stay was impeccable. The pool and hot tub were highlights, offering endless relaxation. The kitchen, fully equipped with essentials, made meals a breeze. Thoughtful touches like available sunscreen and foldable beach chairs enhanced our beach trips. Clear instructions ensured a seamless experience. If Cocoa Beach beckons, especially for a rocket launch, we'll undoubtedly return. Highly recommended for an unparalleled stay!
