Place was okay, but not was upto our expectations even felt little shady and not worth what we spended on this stay.

Unfortunately we did not have a good stay here. When we arrived the bed had been made with dirty stained sheets from what looked like blood and excrement. We had to ask for the sheets and pillow cases to be changed, which they were, but with new also stained sheets. It sadly was very dirty and unclean. There was also a very intimidating amount of men hanging around at the entrance, who were not friendly and we’re staring at us for an inappropriate time, we did not feel safe.

I recently had an experience where I encountered some issues during my stay at a hotel. Although the check-in process was delayed and I was initially told that they could not accommodate me, I eventually received a room after waiting for several hours. I was disappointed to see that other guests who paid less than me were given a complimentary breakfast, whereas I was charged for additional expenses. Despite these issues, the staff was friendly and attentive except for the front desk guy. He was cocky and rude. However, I do feel that the hotel could have done more to make up for the inconvenience caused by the delayed check-in and the lack of complimentary breakfast. It would have been nice to receive some sort of compensation or recognition for the inconvenience caused. In conclusion, while my stay at the hotel was enjoyable, I do feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer service. I hope that the hotel takes my feedback into consideration.
