The host was responding quickly, also was flexible on check-in time. The flat is having a garden covered with small stones, that the kid liked very much playing with. Parking space was just opposite the door, that made it very convenient for moving the bags in and out of the flat.

Excellent accommodation. We stayed for almost a month, and everything was pleasant. The house matches the ad, and the furniture is new. Raffaella, the owner, kindly picked us up at Fiumicino airport for a reasonable price and also provided her contact to answer any questions.during the stay. The place fits a couple well, but since there's an extra room, it's possible to accommodate even 3 or 4 people. It's located in a gated community in a quiet area. Walking to the train station takes 15-20 minutes, but the neighborhood is safe and peaceful. Trains from Anzio to Rome are frequent and punctual, taking about an hour and costing around 3 euros and some cents per person. The accommodation is close to a shopping center and two supermarkets, EuroSpin and Conad. I highly recommend this place for those wanting to stay in Anzio or looking for a cheaper option to visit Rome and willing to take the train.

Raffaella is great host, provided everything we requested. She met us and explained everything. Apartement is great equipped with nice garden, really great layout of the apartment. You can feel that owner love and care about it. Shopping mall with Conad is 5 min by walk. Sea is 20 min by walk or 7 min by car
