The house was warm and comfortable and spacious. We were a family group of 7 adults and 2 young children and there was plenty of room for us all; the playroom was much appreciated. The house was well equipped with all that we needed. Although on a main road we did not notice the traffic. We were able to negotiate the very narrow road at the back to park one car and were able to park the other car on a residential road not too far away. It was handy having Sainsburys very close! Jaya and Stuart were very helpful and responded to a query we had very quickly.
Brislington is a vibrant and historic district located in the south eastern suburbs of Bristol, England. The area is known for its unique blend of modern amenities and historical charm, and there are plenty of interesting things to discover and explore.
One of the most iconic landmarks in Brislington is the Arnos Vale Cemetery, a sprawling Victorian-era cemetery that is home to many notable figures from Bristol's history. The cemetery is a popular destination for walkers and nature lovers, and it is also a hub for cultural events and community activities.
For those interested in history, the Brislington Conservation Area is home to a wealth of architectural treasures, including the Grade II-listed St. Luke's Church. The area is also home to several other historic buildings, including the purportedly haunted Arno's Manor Hotel.

Finally, nature lovers will appreciate the abundance of green spaces and parks in the area, including the beautiful St. Anne's Woods, the vast and picturesque Eastwood Farm Nature Reserve, and the scenic Brislington Brook, a charming stream that winds its way through Nightingale Valley.
Overall, Brislington is a lovely district close to Temple Meads Station and Bristol city centre, connected by good public transport links.

A wife, mother of two and the CEO of a wee digital agency and tech social enterprise here in Bristol which I run with my husband Stuart. We don't get out much - the business is all-consuming so we're really looking for some decent short breaks to make up for it :).
