Very good value for money for an apartment with parking. Ground floor, well furnished, the bed is also comfy. There is one negative point, however, which is the smell. This must spread from an old sewer pipe. I recommend the place but the smell should dealt with.

My stay Anita's place was very pleasant. Anita met me in person to hand over the keys and on the way out, I could drop the keys in the mailbox. Anita kindly accommodated my request to check in earlier than the time mentioned and that was a big help. The place was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The location is not in the city center, but accessible by tram/train/bus (15-25 minute ride) from Antwerpen Centrum. Anita had provided towels, handwash, some basics like tea, sugar, etc. There was a nice garden too. The only tiny issue was the shower which only spewed out very hot water, and moving the regulator (same type as the one in my home), did not help much. This is easily fixed I believe.
