I really enjoyed my stay! The house backs up to the Conestoga river and I was able to see a great variety of birds while sitting at the dining room table- mergansers and wood ducks, 2 great blue herons, a bald eagle and more. It’s a nice secluded area with easy access to the highway. Dale was prompt and pleasant in every communication and I was happy to see that everything I needed was provided. I recommend this home and hope to return again someday!

We felt right at home! Dale was quickly responsive when needed. The house was comfortable and had a beautiful view out back with a quiet stream. We only stayed two nights but had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

I would definitely recommend Dale’s place. The decor made it really feel like a little bungalow. The backyard felt like a private retreat and the fire pit was great. The location of the house makes it feel secluded and was very quiet. Totally worth the price!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay in this house. The house was private, spacious, well decorated and very clean. Our stay was one of the most relaxing we have had. The location is private but still within 15-20 minutes of nearly any main attraction in the Lancaster area. Dale provided us with recommendations for activities and dining. He was also very responsive to any questions during our stay. Definitely would recommend to anyone and will be rebooking this location going forward for our yearly trip down to Lancaster
