Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt hier. Tolle gut ausgestattete Unterkunft ruhig gelegen und groß. Bei Problemen wurde schnell geholfen, der Checkin war komplikationslos, vollkommen zufrieden und immer wieder gerne!

Ein großes, komplett ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in einer Ferienhaussiedlung oberhalb eines touristischen Ortes. Die Anlage ist schön strukturiert mit einen Gemeinschaftspool und einem Tennisplatz, leider ist alles ein bisschen „in die Jahre gekommen“. Wir waren zu einer sehr ruhigen Zeit dort, das Haus liegt am Eingang der Siedlung, somit muss jeder/jedes Auto, alles an dem Haus vorbei. Die Küche und die Bäder sind in keinem guten Zustand gewesen, die Fenster verdreckt (Fensterputzer ist im Urlaub- Aussage der Hausverwaltung) Jane hat sehr schnell und freundlich geantwortet und Unterstützung angeboten. Wir haben komplett neue Handtücher bekommen. Ebenso war ein Startpaket mit Milch, Toast, Butter und Marmelade im Kühlschrank für uns bereit gestellt.

We had a fab few days at The Retreat. It was beautifully positioned for walks along the Genesis Aphrodite Trail (wear fly repellent!). We ate 3 times at Michael’s Steakhouse as it was so good! You can walk there! It’s a 10/15 mins drive to the bay. Would recommend a car for this accommodation. A pool or plunge pool would make it perfect and we couldn’t find any recliners so just popped to the beach each day. Dishwasher and washing machine provided but no dishwasher tablets but not a problem as Papantonios Supermarket not far away. We had the biggest pork chop in the universe at the Hideaway in Pissouri Village, a few mins drive away. Plenty of free parking at the Village. Would definitely stay again. Thanks Jane!

The villa is very spacious, aircon brilliant but ceiling fans work well also. Spare bedding should be provided especially for a two week stay and the bedding should fit the bed (top sheet to small and bottom sheet far to big ). The TV/DVD system in the lounge never worked properly and You Tube was the only channel available Despite repeated e mails the problem was never resolved. The play station was also not working to play DVD,S There was a TV/ DVD in the main bedroom but you had to sit on the bed to watch a film. The info leaflet asked us to keep the place clean which we were happy to do so.There were limited products but only one cleaning cloth to clean kitchen and bathrooms !! An info pack should be available with emergency numbers and a local contact plus local amenties. Having said all that, we had a nice 2 weeks holiday and will stay in Pissouri again and would be happy to stay at The Retreat as long as the niggling problems are addressed rather than being ignored
