A quiet and relaxing stay for only one night but a warm welcome, with tea and cake in the secluded garden. Room was clean and comfortable. I had a key so could come and go as I pleased. Convenient for the train station, if required. Homemade breakfast in the conservatory the next day. If I’m visiting the area again, I will try and stay with Linda. Thanks for your hospitality.

Linda made me so welcome. Making sure I had everything to make my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The house is beautiful and in lovely surroundings.

We were very pleased to have found Linda's extremely welcoming and comfortable bed and breakfast for our short visit to see friends in nearby Fetcham. Linda could not have been more accommodating and kind. From tea and homeade cake (Australian recipe - apricot and walnut apparently) on arrival, to a delicious breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice and homeade breads. We will certainly stay again next time we are in the area. Thank you Linda.
