I have been using Airbnb for more than 5 years now in all my travels, I have never met a host as wonderful and amazing as Eisa, the place was really good and clean, Eisa was communicating with me from the moment of the reservation, I have mad several changes to the dates on short notice and Eisa was kind enough to accept them all without a second thought. When I was in the plane, Eisa was checking up on me to make sure I arrive without any hassles, when I reached the building he was there making sure the apartment is set up clean and he showed me all around and even showed me good places in Dubai and Sharjah. But that is not why Eisa is amazing, one time I asked if the screen has Netflix, Eisa went immediately and brought me a device to connect to the screen and watch all streaming services, he also was super kind to offer me two parking spaces since they were available. In this trip, I have met a brother for life, Thank you Eisa for your kindness and amazing hospitality.

الموقع مميز وهادي الشقة نظيفة بالرغم من الاثاث قديم قليلا ولكن نظيف ومرتب .. عيسى كان متجاوب جدا بالرغم من تواجده خارج البلد وقدم كل ما احتاجه من مساعدة اظافة الى ان الاخ احمد كان جدا متجاوب ومتعاون سيكون اختياري لهذه الشقة حال زيارة الشارقة مرة اخرى

I stayed here for 3weeks. Perfect location! Lots to do around there and also very close to the beach. The property was great value for money. The host was very kind, helpful and always respectful and responsive. The accommodation is well priced. Only downside is no access to pool or gym but the host made this clear before booking.

部屋が広く、お洒落な雰囲気でした。 おそらく部屋のオーナーは民泊ビジネスにまだあまり慣れていないと思われ、チェックインまでの手順や駐車場の利用の仕方、部屋の設備の利用方法の案内など不十分と思われる点があり、部屋のアメニティについても通常置いてあるものが置いてなかったりといったことはありました。 ただ一方で、部屋のオーナーはホスピタリティーが非常にあり、こちら側の要望に対して、期待以上の対応をしてくださり、上記の問題もオーナーのホスピタリティーで結果的に問題なく解決しました。 オーナーのホスピタリティーの精神を考えると、おそらくオーナーが民泊ビジネスに慣れていくに従って、今後サービスがどんどん改善されていき、ゲストの満足度も高まっていくことが予想されますので、おすすめの宿です。

Great location, excellent aparment, very easy to get in and out of the city. The apartment is well maintained. kitchen was fully equipped which helpped us to have my families and relatives to enjoy the meals together. Host Eisa was extremely helpful to make sure everything is ok and supported all our needs. We hope to visit this apartment again on our next visit.
