We had an issue with another air bnb we were staying at and found this property that stated it allowed a midnight check in time so we booked it. Nowhere on the air bnb site did it state that you must be 25 to book. After booking (and my credit card being charged), the host sent me a legal renters agreement with more rules not stated on the Airbnb site. One stated that you must be 25 so I could not sign it. The host didn’t respond about this until 2am. We had to have someone at air bnb override the charge to let us have a refund after sitting in the parking lot for 2 hours at midnight since the host was unresponsive about the extra rules.
