Amber and Andrew’s place was perfect for the three of us. Houston was a 4 day stopover for us and we wanted a place in a safe and lovely area you walk and explore. Close to lots of cafes and restaurants and good quality supermarkets. The apartment was large and well equipped with all we needed. Beds big and comfortable and 2 private ensuites and a toilet downstairs. Highly recommend this place. Kyle, Tony and Jim

We actually communicated with Andrew for this property and he was very responsive and quick to get us what we needed when necessary. We stayed at their property for 4 months and felt very comfortable. There are many good restaurants within walking distance. All in all a great location. The neighbours are very friendly too.

We had a great time on out recent trip to Montrose! Really nice, well appointed, clean, easy to get around, & everything worked. Definitely recommend this very comfortable condo!
