This was a really great space for the price! I was pleasantly surprised. There were new towels - and lots of them. I was a bit concerned about a 3bed townhome that sleeps 14 being super cramped, but it’s actually very roomy! The bathrooms were super clean. The pool and clubhouse are great and a quick walk from the front door. My only criticism is that the kitchen is not well-stocked. (Cooking tools and pans, but no oil or nonstick spray to cook with. Coffee, but no creamers or sugar - though there’s sugar now - we bought some and left it behind! 😋) not a huge deal, since Walmart is close by, and they made up for it and then some by having *small, plastic dishes for kids!!!!* woo!!!! I can’t tell you how many Airbnbs I’ve stayed in that had my toddlers trying to carefully sip out of giant heavy glasses and mugs. 😂 kid dishes are a godsend.

14 adults would have been an issue. 6 kids six adults not an issue. Close to the community activities.

We had a great stay for two nights during our family’s Spring break. The place was clean and included everything as listed. I would stay longer next time, just didn’t have availability! I can see the draw to this place. The neighborhood seems to be all tourists utilizing the pool/resort. It was cool to see so many families enjoying their spring breaks as well. It was super close to Zion’s (25 min) and 6 min from Walmart. Lots of good restaurants in the area as well. I would definitely come again!

We booked for a family of 12 and there were barely enough towels and they had a smell. The towels were run down, not enough spoons for us. There was no bath soap. the listing and welcome email stated "our cleaners will do a cheer if you throw in a load of towels." When we got to the house, there were rules stating that if we don't wash the towels there is a $50 fee, if there is a dirty dish there's a $50 fee, there is a fee if they think we have too much trash in the bins, and they had us take the sheets off all the beds. How can you say "leave the chores to us" and then give us a big long list? Also, the bathrooms were dirty and the dishwasher was gross as if it had never been cleaned. There were two sets of bunk beds, however one was very wobbly and not secure. The mattresses were not super comfortable and the kids could not sleep. I would not recommend staying here
