I stayed at Moe's place for two nights while in Edmonton judging for the Provincial Skills Alberta competition. This event takes place at the Edmonton EXPO Center and is an easy 5 minute drive away which made it the ideal location! Parking as also free in this area as it is a residential street or there is a park pad in the back alley, which was great for loading and unloading. Moe is very communicative, giving instructions for check-in, ensuring everything is going well, etc. and super friendly! This is the best noise reduced basement suite I have stayed in, you can barely tell anyone is upstairs. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and clean, and I am a big fan of the coasters for the dining table. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner, but other than that everything was great. Thanks again, Moe!

Recommend it! It is really nice and clean place. Moe prepaired for us everything, even heater and fan. He is so great host.

Exceptional value! Mo was great host, very comfy bed, bright and quiet. Fully equipped for long or short stays. Would recommend!
